Pets - Due to insurance requirements, we only allow NON-aggressive dog breeds. The following breeds are considered aggressive by our insurance company and are not allowed in the campground.

• Bathhouse - We do not have a bathhouse at this time, because of this, we can only allow RVs with bathrooms.

• Subletting - The occupant must be the owner of the RV. We do not allow subletting.

• Security - Your safety is extremely important to us. We are located in a very safe area. Our campground is gated; therefore, in order to gain access, you must have a valid key card. This key card also operates the laundry room 24 hours a day. We have a camera system which is monitored both on and off site.

• Monthly Stay Sites - RV units older than 10 years will not be allowed in the park without being seen and approved first. Monthly lease agreement required.

• RV Type - We only allow RVs which are manufactured as RVs. No RV conversions allowed. This is because these conversions have not passed the safety inspections that commercially manufactured units have.

• Air Conditioners - We do not allow "window air conditioners" in our park.

• Tenting - Currently, we do not have bathhouses/restrooms; therefore, we only offer camping to self contained units. In future phases of our campground we will offer Tenting, please check back.

• Multi Family Site Rental - Only one family unit may stay on a single site. A family unit is limited to 2 adults, and 2 minor children directly related to the adults. No children in our extended stay sites.

• Fire Wood - Fire wood is available for purchase. Each site has a fire ring.

• Mail - Mail may be sent to the campground during your stay. Please use the campground address; the mail must be addressed to a registered guest. Any mail received after you depart will be returned to its sender.

• Monthly Sites - Have metered electric, and require a $75 deposit at check-in. The deposit will be credited to the last months electric charge. Each site has an electric meter which you can use to monitor your usage.

• Reservations Deposits - Nightly stays require a deposit of one night to hold the site. Monthly stays require a $100 deposit, which will become your electric deposit upon arrival.

  • Nightly stays require a 48 hour notice of cancellation in order to receive a full deposit refund. Monthly stays require 30 day notice of cancellation to receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • After your reservation has been confirmed we will call you for your deposit payment. If you would prefer, we can also send you and invoice which can be paid online.
